Terms Of Hire

A £50 non refundable deposit is payable on booking to hold your date when booking your candy cart. This will be deducted from the balance due. Outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

If the balance is unpaid after the due date Taylor's Candy Cart will presume the booking is cancelled and it will be within the company's right to rebook the cart for another event.

Cart Hire Only

For Cart hire only, we will deliver and pick up the cart, no nails or drawing pins or tacks can be knocked into any part of the cart, the cart must be left in the same position where Taylors Candy Cart Staff left it, under no circumstances can the cart be moved by anyone other than Taylors Candy Cart staff. 

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are as follows. If cancelled within 30 days of the event then the full balance is required. If in the very unlikely event that Taylor's Candy Cart can not attend the event then a full refund will apply.

Payment

We accept cash, cheque and bank transfer.

Candy Cart

Under no circumstances should the cart be moved once set up at the event, It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure this is adhered too, The cart can only be moved by Taylor's Candy Cart staff.

Nut and Food Allergies

Please note that some of the sweets may contain nuts or nut oils or may have been in contact with other products that may contain nuts, Taylor's Candy Cart cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from nut or food allergies.

Small Children and Sweets

Customers should ensure that small and young children are properly supervised when choosing sweets for them and not to choose sweets that could cause a choking effect, also care should be taken to ensure that children are supervised well enough to avoid any sweet wrappers or plastic packaging be consumed that could cause harm or even suffocation to the child, Taylor's Candy Cart can Not be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of equipment, consumables or the consumption of confectionery left at the events location.
